Ami's perspective was shaped long before she stepped into consulting. Running her parents' retail franchise taught her early how closely leadership decisions are tied to customers, employees, daily operations — and ultimately, the bottom line. That experience shaped the practical and people-centered approach she has carried throughout her career.

What distinguishes Ami is not only her operational breadth across Supply Chain, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing, but the way she partners with leaders and their teams. She helps organizations see what is stalling progress, ask the tough questions, and realign around what matters most.

In every engagement, Ami pays close attention to how people show up to their work, their teams, and the organization. She often says: "I can teach people a lot of things, but I can't teach people to care." It is this conviction that drives the quality and depth of every client relationship.
